Careful planning is essential before starting any job, without it you run the risk of putting yourself into a position which can lead to much stress and extra unwanted expenses. Fortunately for you, at Advanced Custom Renovations our team of seasoned professionals will take the time to listen to your needs and work with you step by step along the way, giving you less stress and more peace of mind. We use a simple six step process which ensures that your project will be completed successfully and to your satisfaction.
INITIAL CONTACT
During our initial consultation, we will discuss and determine your desired wants, needs, and dreams for your future remodel. Once this information has been gathered we'll schedule a time for an in-home consultation.
PROJECT BEGINS
After the proposal has been excepted and finalized, the next step is when the fun begins. You can sit back while we start making your dreams into a reality. We'll stick to our word and make sure your project is a success.
IN-HOME CONSULTATION
Once we've arranged an in-home consultation, our chief estimator will meet with you so that we can further discuss the time-frame and budget surrounding your project as well as take any necessary measurements.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Congratulations on your new remodel! Once your project has reached completion, we will do a final walk through with you to review the work, making sure you're 100% satisfied with everything before wrapping up.
WRITTEN PROPOSAL
Once your project objectives and time-frame have been clearly discussed and agreed upon, we will then build you an estimate for your job which will include all the details surrounding it as well as a list of deliverables.
PROJECT REVIEW
Now that your job's been completed we hope that you'll be extremely pleased with the quality of work we've produced. Our goal at this point is to have hopefully earned your trust and built a lasting business relationship.
